摘要
目的探讨突发性耳聋患者的听力、甲襞微循环的改变与中医辨证分型之间的关系。方法对50例突发性耳聋患者进行听力检查，甲襞微循环测试，中医辨证分型，并进行综合分析。结果50例者共有65耳有不同程度的听力损失，74％的患者存在着不同程度的微循环障碍，主要表现在襻周状态和血液流态上，其中，中医辨的肝火上抗型患者的微循环改变较为明显。结论突发性耳聋患者的听力损害与甲襞循环的改变以及中医辨证分型有着一定的内在联系。
Objective To explore into relationship of syndrome differentiation typing with microcirculation of nailfold and hearing in sudden deafness. Methods of 50 patiants ill with sudden deafness, a comprehensive analysis had made with determination of their hearing test of their nailfold microcirculation and type of syndrome differentiation. Results 65 ears of 50 patiants had different degrees of hearing loss, and of 74% cases had some degrees of in microcirculation,whlch were mainly displayed by a peri-ansiform state and blood flowing state. In the patiants with flaming-up of the liver fire, the changes in naifold microcirculation were more obvious than other ones. Conclusion An internal relation were to some degrees suggested among hearing damage, changes in nail fold microcirculation and type of syndrome differentiation in sudden deafness.
