摘要
目的 :观察氧氟沙星凝胶抗菌作用。方法 :采用体内、外试验比较了氧氟沙星 (OFLX)凝胶和诺氟沙星(NFLX)乳膏的抗菌活性。结果 :体外试验表明 :全部实验菌对OFLX和NFLX的MIC90最高值为 2 μg ml和 4μg ml ,远低于凝胶和软膏药物浓度 ;体内试验表明 :OFLX中、高两个剂量组和 1%NFLX乳膏组均具显著疗效 ,但 0 .5 %和 2 %OFLX凝胶组创面愈合时间较 1%NFLX乳膏组短。结论 :二者对常见菌均具有很好的抑制和杀灭作用 。
Objective:To investigate the antibacterial activity of ofloxacin cream.Methods:Comparing the antimicrobial action of ofloxacin with that of norfloxacin cream in vitro and vivo.Results:we found that the maximum MIC90 of OFLX and NFLX was 2μg/ml and 4μg/ml respectively ,which was lower compared with the concentration of cream,in the antimicrobial action OFLX was more effective than Norfloxacin.The results of the test in vivo expressed that both the groups of OFLX of the medium and the group of 1% NFLX cream are obviously effective,however,the cure time of the groups with 0.5% and 2% OFLX was shorter than that of the group of 1% NFLX.Conclusions:The antibacterial action of OFLX is better than that of NFLX.
