摘要
目的 :探讨潘生丁治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法 :将 70例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为两组 ,每组 35例。对照组予常规治疗 (钙剂、维生素C、扑尔敏、止血敏等 ) ,治疗组除常规治疗外加用潘生丁口服。结果 :治疗组有效率为 94% ,对照组有效率为 77% ,两组疗效有显著性差异 (χ2 =4.2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :应用潘生丁治疗过敏性紫癜 ,可以控制病情 ,降低复发率 。
Objective:To study the curative effect of persantin treatment in HSP patients.Methods:70 cases of HSP patients were randomly divided into two groups:The control group( n =35) and the experimental group( n =35).The control group received the conventional treatment(Calcikm gluconate,Vitc,Chlorpheniramine、Dicynone),while the experimental group added persantin.Results:It was showed that 94% of effective rate was found in the experimental group and 77% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was very significant(χ 2=4.2 P <0.05).Conclusions:The application of persantin in treating HSP was effective to control the patient's condition,reduce the rate of relapse,and avoid kidney abnormality.
