摘要
探讨了金刚石砂轮磨削等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层时,砂轮结合剂种类、磨粒粒度、磨削工艺参数等对磨削效果的影响规律。证实金刚石砂轮对陶瓷涂层具有较强的适应性。确定了具体条件下的磨削工艺的优化选择。
The paper discussed the regularity of the effect of types of wheel adhesive, sizes of abrasive grains and parameters of grinding process on the grinding results when plasma sprayed ceramic coating was grinded with diamond grinding wheel. The tests proved that the diamond wheel had better adaptability to the ceramic coating. The optimiztion of the grinding process was set up.
