摘要
对铝合金进行硬质阳极氧化,目的系获取厚而硬Al_2O_3膜层。长期以来,这一工艺普遍存在着膜层光洁度差,脆性大,零件尖角锐边处膜层易脱落,氧化过程中经常出现电腐蚀和不易获得较厚膜层等缺点。本文着重介绍了产生这些缺陷的主要原因和制取高光洁度膜层的工艺条件。
Hard anodizing of Al and its alloy is one of the extensively useful techniques in finishing field. But it has the weakness in several aspects as remarkable brittleness, poor finish etc. This article comprehensively diseusses the main factors affecting the problems and the technological conditions leading to high finishing.
