摘要
目的 :根据老年人的口腔特点 ,探讨老年人牙齿缺失缺损后如何进行口腔修复。方法 :笔者采用了保留残根残冠的修复方法 ,即全冠、桩冠、桩核冠等并利用残根残冠治疗后做基牙、修复缺失的牙齿。结果 :通过 6年对732颗牙齿的临床观察 ,6 95件义齿中 ,优 6 72件 ,良 14件 ,差 9件 ,总有效率达 96 %以上。结论 :此方法优越性大 ,不拔牙 ,易被患者所接受 ,是一种切实可行的修复方法。
Objective: To probe on the restoration of the lost dention or defect teeth in old people by basing on the characteristics of their mouth. Methods: The method of retaining remaining crowns or roots was applied, such as full crowns, dowel crowns and over denture. Remaining crowns or roots were used as abutment to restore missing teeth or defective teeth. Results: In 6 years clinical observation of 732 teeth. Among the 695 dentures, there found to be 672 dentures graded to be excellent, 14 ones good and 9 ones bad, with the total efficiency over 96%. Conclusion: The method is of many advantages, and it is a practical, feasible restoring method.
