用电化学的方法制备了四种不同磷含量的Ni-P合金镀层。腐蚀试验结果表明,在IN盐酸溶液中高磷含量非晶态合金(≥16.7%P)具有比含有晶体的Ni-8.7P合金和金属镍优越得多的耐蚀性,其腐蚀速度随着磷含量的增加而战小。文中还指出,非晶态Ni-P合金高耐蚀的原因,是由于合金表面磷的富集,生成次亚磷酸根阴离子(H_2PO_2^-)或Ni_2P化合物的“保护层”,使合金进入“钝性”状态。
Ni-P alloys with four different phosphorus content were electrodeposited. The immersion tests and electrochemical measuring results showed that theamorphous Ni-P alloy deposits (≥P16.7%(at)) possess excellent corrosion resistance compared with crystalline fcc Ni-8.7P deposit and pure Ni deposit,and the corrosion rate decreases with increase of phosphous content in alloys. The high corrosion resistance of the amorphous Ni-P alloy deposits is attributed to the phosphorus enrichment on the surface and formation of a protective barrier layer as a hypophosphite anion or a compound Ni_2P.
