摘要
向酸性镀锡液及锡基电解着色液中加入0.05～0.1g/L催化剂(V_2O_5)后,可明显抑制溶液变浊过程,并探讨了它的作用机理。
The turbidizing could be obviously delayed by adding 0.05～0.01 g/L V_2O_5 into the acidic Sn plating bath. The mechanism has also been discussed.
