摘要
目的了解江苏无锡区锡北人民医院抗菌药物使用情况,促进合理用药。方法对2009—2011年门诊及住院患者抗菌药应用信息[处方量、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、处方频数等]进行统计分析。结果在统计期内,抗菌药物品种数及销售金额占全年西药销售金额的比例呈递增状态,其中头孢菌素类的销售金额在各年度均占主导地位。结论该院抗菌药物使用情况基本合理,但也存在问题,应加强抗菌药物合理应用的干预和管理。
Objective To understand the use situation of antibacterial dugs in this hospital so as to promote clinical ra tional medication. Methods The application informations of antibacterial drugs （prescription amount, consumption of drug use, prescription frequency and DDDs） in outpatients and inpatients during 2009-2011 were statistically analyzed. Results During ths statistical period, the proportion of the varieties of antibacterial drugs and amount of antibacterial drugs sales in anual Western medicines consumption sum showed the increasing state, in which cephalosporins consumption was dominant in each year. Con- clusion Use of antibacterial drugs is basically rational, but the problems exist. The intervention and management of rational drug use should be strengthened.
