摘要
侦查实践中,反侦查行为的不可避免性和侦查的被动性,决定了侦查人员只有掌握具体的揭露反侦查行为的对策,才能够推动侦查工作的顺利进行。而对策的寻找需要首先对各种反侦查行为有一个比较清晰的认识,反侦查行为可分为公开型的反侦查行为与隐蔽型的反侦查行为,需要揭露的"反侦查行为"主要是隐蔽型的反侦查行为。应针对不同的反侦查行为施以不同的对策予以揭露,以有力地打击作案人。
In the practice of investigation, the unavoidability of anti - investigation behavior and the passivity of investigation activity decide that only if investigation personnel master concrete counter plans for exposing anti - investigation behavior can the investigation work be carried out smoothly. This dissertation suggests ways for investi- gation personnel to effectively expose anti -investigation behaviors.
