摘要
对脂肪肝进行了治法学探讨 ,总结出以下诸法 :1化痰祛湿法 ,适用于痰浊壅盛型 ;2行气导滞法 ,可用于气滞郁阻型 ;3清热利湿法 ,适用于湿热蕴结型 ;4活血通络法 ,可用于血瘀阻络型。同时 ,在辨证论治的前提下适当加用具有护肝、降酶、降脂药物。并提出了治疗中应该注意的 6个问题。
