摘要
构建养老服务体系要树立以老年人为本,为满足老年人基本生活及个性化需求对老年人进行照顾,维护老年人权利和尊严的理念。合理定位老年服务业,走出一条城乡统筹、实现政府与市场有机结合、构建多元化养老服务体系的道路。在中国发展养老服务业,除应明确养老服务的发展理念和路径,更要全面完善和强化养老服务政策,建立健全养老服务相关法律法规,不断加大资金支持力度,规划培养养老服务专业人才和志愿者队伍,大力加强社区养老服务信息化建设,弘扬尊老敬老爱老传统文化精神。
To construct China＇s old -age service system , we should take the old aged people as the fore- most . In order to meet the old basic life and personalized demand for the old people , woshould take care of them and maintain the rights and dignity of the old. We should reasonable position our elderly services, intergate a path of rural and urban areas , and realize the government and the market organic combina- tion, At last we can build a diversified endowment service system of the road. In addition to clear concept and path of developing China＇s old -age service system, we should perfect the policy about service, Im- prove the old -age service relevant laws, increase financial support, plan to train professionals and vol- unteers team for the old - aged service. Besides , we should strengthen the information construction and develop and expand the traditional culture to resnect the old age.
