摘要
随着经济的发展,三峡船闸过坝运量急速增长。由于三峡大坝下游部分航道通航条件无法达到规划的一级航道标准,导致过坝船舶的组成、尺度与船闸难以匹配,船闸通过能力无法充分发挥,致使闸前偶有压船现象。有针对性、有计划地对尚未达到一级航道的河段进行治理,使过坝船舶的组成、尺度与三峡船闸的有效尺度相匹配,同时进行科学调度,是充分发挥三峡船闸通过能力的根本途径。
Along with the economic development, the transport quantity passing through the Three Gorges Dam increases rapid- ly. Because the partial channel downstream of the dam cannot satisfy the demand of the planned grade - 1 navigation channel, the fleet composition and ship sizes passing the dam cannot match with the ship - lock, which does not give full play to the navigation capability of ship - lock, resulting in occasional delay in front of the ship - lock. Therefore, the basic solution is to improve the navigation condition of the river channel, making the fleet composition and ship sizes passing the dam match with the ship - lock in a targeted and planned way through scientific regulation.
