摘要
从投资地域和行业分布介绍了我国海外投资的现状和我国海外投资中所面临的政治风险。并从海外投资保险机构、保险制度、承保内容和承保条件4个方面介绍了一些西方国家防范海外投资政治风险的机制,给我国海外投资保险立法和投资保险机构的建立提供了一些借鉴。
With the fast development of overseas investment, political risks affect the safety and profit of our overseas investors. In order to reduce the loss of overseas investment caused by political risks, some main capitalist countries establish overseas investment insurance scheme to protect and encourage their overseas investors positively. At the same time, the scheme brings huge overseas profit for the country. This paper, firstly, introduces the situation and political risks of China＇ s overseas investment from the investment region and industry distribution. Then, some mechanisms to prevent political risks of overseas investment in major western countries are introduced from four as- pects including insurance institutions, systems, contents and conditions, as reference for the insurance legislation and the establishment of insurance institutions of China＇ s overseas investment.
