摘要
通过对 Haar小波系数与变频信号瞬时频率关系的分析 ,提出了基于 Haar小波分析的旋转机械高速启动过程振动信号瞬时频率的计算方法。并通过利用此方法得到的瞬时频率 ,对原信号利用内插法进行了重采样 ,将由此得到的信号进行阶比分析 ,可以对信号的各阶谱线实现很好的分离 。
The relation between the Haar wavelet coefficient of frequency modulated signal with the signals instantaneous frequency is analysed.The instantaneous frequency of frequency modulated signal by d 1 coefficient of the Haar wavelet transform can be got.In fact,the vibration signal of rotating machinery in fast run up state is a frequency modulated signal.So the result got in this paper for estimating the instantaneous frequency of vibration signal for rotating machinery can be used in a fast run up state.Then the instantaneous frequency is used for determining the order tracking resampling frequency of the original vibration signal.One run up digital simulation example and vibration signal in real run up state are programmed to examine the efficiency of the method.The results show that this method is useful for analyzing the vibration signal of rotating machinery in fast run up state.
