摘要
用测试扭振信号来分析轴系的各谐次幅值特性 ,研究扭转共振是解决由扭振产生故障问题的有效方法之一。针对发动机升降速过程扭振信号是瞬态时变信号 ,并存在低频滚振干扰 ,不能采用转速跟踪分析方法直接进行分析的特点 ,提出了将一次采样样本所包含的整周期数扩大一倍 ,加 Hanning窗进行转速跟踪分析的方法 ,消除了低频滚振的影响 ,大大提高了升降速过程扭振各谐次幅值分析精度。这种方法既能在试验台上测试分析发动机的扭振特性 ,也能测试汽车或船舶行驶或加速过程中的扭振特性。仿真和试验证明 ,除所分析的第一谐次幅值有较大的误差外 ,其余谐次幅值精度都很高 。
It′s an effective mean to resolve the failure caused by torsional vibration through sampling twinkling state torsional vibration signals and analyzing the characteristics of harmonic amplitude and the resonant response in shaft system.In the speeding up down process,torsional vibration of the engine is a kind of transient,time variant signal with rolling vibration low frequency.Aimed at the limitation that Revolution Tracing Analysis can′t be used to process torsional vibration signal of the engine directly,this paper presents a new integrated period sampling method,which corrects the amplitude by doubling the integrated period numbers in one sample and adding Hanning windows.This method can be used to cut down the interaction influence,and the test accuracy of every harmonic amplitude in speeding up down process is greatly improved.Besides applied on test bench,it also can be used to test the torsional vibration character when the auto or ship cruises and speeds up.Its demonstrated in simulation and experiment that the amplitude of every harmonics can be acquired precisely except the first one and the speed of measurement analysis can be greatly improved.
