根据坑口电厂运输的特点和要求,从提高电厂运输效率和减少对区域路网负面影响的角度出发,提出了坑口电厂公路运输能力论证应包含的主要内容,并给出各项内容对应的具体论证方法与手段。通过电厂公路运输能力的论证,为坑口电站的选址优化提供参考,为区域路网的必要完善和交通组织方案的制定提供依据。
According to the characteristics and requirements of pithead power plant transportation, the content of highway capacity analysis was put forward along with the theories and methods to improve the plant efficiency while reducing the negative impact. Highway capacity analysis for pithead power plant will provide reference for optimizing the location, and lay the foundation for necessary improvement of highway network or the formulation of traffic organization.
