施工碎石对安全帽撞击的可靠度分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着桥梁高度的不断加高,安全施工变得越来越重要。施工碎石坠落做为施工中一种高发、高危事件,对施工人员的安全构成了严重的威胁。本文以安全帽的抵抗能力与施工碎石对安全帽的撞击力作为极限状态方程的抗力和效应,通过分析影响抗力和效应的各种不确定性因素,包括碎石的质量、形状,安全帽的材料、厚度、变形量、剪切周长等,建立了相应的概率模型。最后,以柳沟大桥为实例,分析了相关参数对安全帽可靠度指标的影响。 With the increase of the height of bridge,the safe construction becomes more and more important.Construction macadam as one of the most high incidences in construction which poses severe threats on safety of construction personnel.Based on the macadam with the helmet impact,this paper will give a limit state equation in reliability analysis,in which the safety helmet resistance capacity is taken as the resistance,while macadam's impact force on safety helmet is taken as load,analysed the uncertainties which affect resistance and load,including quality and shape of macadam,material,thickness and deformation of safety helmet,shear perimeter,and other random variables,established the corresponding probabilistic assessment model.Finally,takes the Liugou Bridge as an example analyse the effects of correlation parameter on reliability index of safety helmet.
