摘要
在全球化发展的趋势下,人们可以通过电视、网络等途径获取国外科技、文化等各方面的信息,但是大部分人无法直接接受信息,需要通过翻译才能去了解,这就是语言障碍。电视、网络在同一时间只能对一种语言进行语音翻译,目前在大型国际会议中,也是采用人工方式实现多国语言语音翻译,这种技术的缺失已成为沟通障碍。提出一种具有多国语言语音翻译的电视系统,通过采用ARM11与DSP实现对音频进行解码、分析、编码以及输出,同一时间对一种语言进行多国语言语音翻译,实现国际信息化的共享。
By the influence of economic globalization, science and technology, culture and other aspects are gradu- ally moving towards globalization. Through television, network access people get information in foreign countries, but most people can not directly accept information. They have to get through the translation to understand, so this is the language barrier. TV or the Internet, at the same time takes translation only for a language. And in major in- ternational meetings, artificial means are used to achieve muhilingual speech translation. In the trend of globaliza- tion, this technique has become the obstacle of communication loss. This paper is mainly use ARM11 and DSP to realize audio decoding, analysis, coding and output.
