摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌患者不同时期的心理问题及干预对策。方法:回顾性调查分析2010年8月～2012年2月入住我科的192例乳腺癌患者临床资料,分析乳腺癌患者在疾病的不同时期表现出的心理问题,总结护理对策,干预措施。结果:乳腺癌患者在疾病的不同时期表现出不同的心理问题,如何判断并及时给予正确的干预措施对乳腺癌患者的治疗、康复、生存质量至关重要。结论:医护人员对乳腺癌患者诊治中的心理问题的正确认识和有效干预已经成为乳腺癌综合治疗不可或缺的重要组成部分。
Objective：To investigate the patients with breast cancer during different periods of psychological problems and intervention Methods：Retrespective analysed 192 cases of breast cancer patients with clinical data from August 2010 to February 2012, analysed the breast cancer patients in different stages of the diseases show psychological problems, summarized the nursing countermeasures, intervention measures. Results：The patients with breast cancer in different stages of the diseases display different psychological problems,how to judge and give timely and conect intervention measures on the treatment of breast cancer patients, rehabilitation, quality of life is essential.
