摘要
目的探讨爱心卡在手术患者术前访视中的应用效果。方法将607例择期手术患者随机分为实验组(305例)和对照组(302例)。实验组使用爱心卡与术前访视单进行术前访视,对照组只使用术前访视单进行术前访视,对比分析2组患者的心率、收缩压、遵医行为、护理满意度。结果实验组患者的心率、收缩压明显低于对照组,遵医行为遵从率、护理满意度明显高于对照组。结论使用爱心卡与术前访视单进行术前访视降低了手术患者的应激反应,提高了患者的遵医行为,保障了手术顺利完成,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To study the effects of care card in preoperative interview. Methods 607 patients undergoing selective operation were randomly divided into experimental group （ n= 305） and control group （n= 302）. The experimental group was given care card and preoperative visit form in preoperative interview, the control group was only given preoperative visit form. Heart rate, systolic blood pressure, compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction of 2 groups were compared. Results Heart rate, systolic blood pressure in the experimental group were significantly lower than that in the control group. The compliance rate of medical advice and the degree of satisfaction with nursing care in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The implementation of care card and preoperative visit form can reduce stress response of the surgery patients, improve compliance rate of medical advice and the degree of satisfaction with nursing care.
