传统火道式隔焰搪瓷烧成炉辐射传热的数值模拟

摘要 全国搪瓷行业中,以烟煤、重油和天然气为燃料的U型炉占70%以上,因此,U型燃料炉是日用搪瓷工业生产的主要热工设备。七十年代以来,各厂根据各自积累的经验,对搪瓷烧成炉的结构进行了局部的改进,取得了一些经济效益,但是由于缺乏对搪烧炉基础理论的深入研究,热工检测制度不健全,因而缺少可靠的数据供窑炉设计人员参考。 Mathematio model of heat transfer between enarnelwares and muffled enamel kiln was established;mathematie model software was compiled,heat transferring process between the kiln and enamel products was modelled mathematically and distribution of temperature field and heat flow field was obtained. The results show that the main reason of temperature difference in cross section of the firng chamber is unsystematic arrangement of fume channel.The calculated results from the established mathematie analogue conform to the results determined actually. Therefore the analogue is applicable and it reflects the heat transferring process in enamel kiln and can help the optimum design and reasonable operation, so as to further reduce energy consumption of the kiln.
