摘要
本文为了更好地实现排堵保畅,本文提出了一种能够同时满足交管人员和市民需求的交通数字监控系统的设计方案,并进行了仿真实现。系统实时分析传感器获得的交通流信息,显示交通拥堵情况,并提供相应的GIS功能,提高了交通管理的智能化程度;出现堵点时,系统还可以为精确制定排堵方案提供决策支持,利用"毛细"路打通"交通微循环",实现"智能排堵"。
In order to address traffic congestion more efficiently, the paper proposed a design for Digital Traffic Surveillance Sys- tem that satisfies both managers and citizens. This system analyses the traffic flow in real time, and also provides relative GIS func- tions. Once traffic congestion occurs, this system can provide decision support for congestion-relieving plan which takes advantage of micro transportation circulations intelligently.
