A new suspending agent used for enamel glazes prepared by sol-gel method is composed of othorethyl silicate as a main raw material, HC1 as catalyst and glycol as modifier in this work. Good suspension of glaze slip was obtained in lab and suspension mechanism of these new suspending agents was discussed.
