N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期炎症61例 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照单盲法,将医院呼吸科收治的COPD稳定期患者61例分为两组,A组31例,予以常规治疗;B组30例,在此基础上加用NAC口服12周。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能和血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)含量的变化。结果 NAC治疗后减轻咳嗽、咳痰、气喘症状及圣.乔治呼吸问题调查问卷调查评分降低,血清中细胞因子IL-6和IL-8含量降低,但肺功能无明显变化。结论 NAC能改善COPD稳定期患者的临床症状,降低有关细胞因子的炎症反应,可作为长期使用的药物之一。
