摘要 先天性膈疝（congenital diaphragmatic hernia，CDH）是由于单侧或双侧膈肌发育缺损，导致腹腔内脏器官疝入胸腔，从而引起一系列病理生理变化的一种先天性疾病。文献报道CDH发病率为1：5000—1：2000，其中左侧膈疝占84％，右侧膈疝占14％，双侧膈疝占2％。合并畸形发生率30％-70％，包括心血管畸形（27．5％）、泌尿生殖道畸形（17．7％）、
