摘要
以王家岭煤矿安全预评价为例,指出了区域性地质资料库的建立和现场调研分析的重要性。提出了安全预评价应注意的问题:评价人员专业结构;地质资料的引用;安全对策措施建议的针对性等问题。指出建设项目危险、危害因素,只有在全面掌握实际资料基础上进行准确辨识分析,提出科学、合理、可行的安全对策才能发挥安全预评价在煤矿项目建设中应有的作用。
It pointed out the importance of setting up regional geologic dalabase and on - site smwey analysis by using the example of safety pre - evaluation of Wangjialing Coal Mine. It also proposed problems needing attention for safety pre - evaluation, such as the specialized structures of evaluators, the reference of geologic data and the pertinence of safety countermeasures suggestions. It indicated the dangerous and hazardous factors of construction projects. Only based on completely understanding of actual data, it carried out ac- curate recognition analysis and put forward to scientific, reasonable, feasible safety countermeasures, the due role of safety pre - evalu- ation for coal construction projects would be played.
