摘要
为了控制煤矿频发的瓦斯煤尘爆炸事故,提出了一种基于细水雾的用于抑制瓦斯煤尘爆炸传播的自动水幕抑燃抑爆系统。系统由传感器、控制仪、快速触发装置、水幕设施及供水系统5部分组成。阐述了系统的原理及功能,并从技术上论述了各组成部分的实现方式。对研究的系统样机,测试实验了系统能够抑制瓦斯煤尘爆炸的关键技术指标:动作时间。
In order to control the frequent gas and dust explosion accidents in coal mine, this paper puts forward a combustion and ex- plosion suppression system for automatic water curtain which is based on the water mist to prevent the spread of gas and coal - dust ex- plosion. The system contains sensors, controller, the rapid trigger device, the water cnrtain facilities and water supply system. This pa- per expounds the principle and functions of the system, and also discusses the implementation methods of each part technically. For the system prototype, its key technical indicator of the system, operating time, is good for inhibiting gas and coal -dust explosion.
