摘要
目的 :寻求理想的心脑血管药物。方法 :用溴代及胺化反应合成了四甲基吡嗪衍生物。结果 :合成了四甲基吡嗪的衍生物 (2 二苯胺甲基 3,5 ,6 三甲基吡嗪 )。通过了结构确证。结论 :所用合成方法切实可行。
OBJECTIVE:To seek the new cardio cerebrovascular drugs. METHODS:The target compound was prepared by the bromination and amination reaction. RESULTS:2 Diphenylamimomethyl 3,5,6 trimethylprazine was synthesized,its structure was confirmed by the IR spectrum and elementary analysis .CONCLUSION:The synthetic method was practical.
