摘要
目的 :研究三指雪莲及水母雪莲挥发油成分。方法 :采用气相色谱 质谱联用技术。结果 :从三指雪莲挥发油中分离得 5 3个组份 ,鉴定了其中的 30个成份 ,为所得挥发油总量的 93.5 7%。从水母雪莲挥发油中分离得 5 7个组份 ,鉴定了其中的 31个成份 ,为所得挥发油总量的 87.4%。结论 :两种雪莲的挥发油均有有烯、酮、醇、酯等多种类型 ,含量最大的成分为farnesol,cis farnesol。
OEJECTIVE:To analyse the chemical constituencts of essential oils obtained from Saussurea tridactyla and Saussurea medusa .METHODS:Using high resolution GC MS technique.RESULTS:30 of 53 and 31 of 57 separated components from essential oil of Saussurea tridactyla and Saussurea medusa were identified by MS,respectively.CONCLUSION:The most abundant constituents in both essential oils were similar.
