<正> 2~#窑是我厂容量最大、产量最高的横火焰池窑,其第三窑期(1985.5～1990.1)采用国产新型耐火材料配套试验成功。根据我厂与轻工业部玻璃搪瓷工业科学研究所签订的《玻璃炉窑配套、选用新型耐火材料技术合作》的协议,2~#窑采用的新型耐火材料均由轻工业部玻璃搪瓷工业科学研究所耐火材料室负责研制、由各耐火材料厂试生产。其中有上海天马耐火材料厂生产的33~#倾斜浇注电熔锆刚玉池壁砖;
This paper describes the application of domestically developed new refractories in a fully insulated cross-fired container glass furnace with melting area of 89.8 M2 and pulling rate of 190-210t/day. The refractories used in this furnace are tilt cast baddeleyite corundum blocks containing 33% ZrO2 for side wall, solid cast baddeleyite corundum blocks containing 36% Zr02 for bubbling blocks, corners of dog house throat, bonded AZS pavings and synthetic mullite blocks for side wall in working area. The campaign of this tank furnace reached up to 56 months, and remarkable economical, benefits have thus been gained. To further extend its campaign some new requirements for the domestically developed refractories have been raised.
