摘要
为了解煤矿关闭对当地居民生产、生活的影响,以及矿区居民对煤矿关闭后安置情况的意见和对城市发展的期许,运用问卷调查、入户访谈、统计分析等方法对煤炭城市矿区及周边社区居民进行了调查。调查结果显示,居民认为煤矿运营时期存在的最主要问题是环境问题,煤矿关闭后存在的主要问题是再就业和环境问题。非矿区社区的经济活动较为多样,相比矿区社区居民受矿山关闭的影响较小。矿山关闭后社会、经济的转型,需要政府制定相关规划,提供工人再就业和产业建设等保障体系,加大公众参与力度,加强政企合作,并建立环境监测站点维系矿山关闭后的生态安全。
This essay uses the questionnaire survey, household interviews and statistical method to report the finding of a study undertaken to assess the socio - economic and envi- ronmental impacts in mining operation and mining closure peri- od. From the social survey, the most important issue is environ- ment problem in mining operation, and the key issue is employ- ment problem, following environment in mining closure within survey. The non- mining community with cropland and diversi- fied economies are able to absorb the shock of mine closure more effectively than mining community and those with less diversified economies. Finally, this essay points out that it is urgency to make mining closure planning. Meanwhile, mining city environ- ment monitoring system should be established.
