摘要
目的:研究羟基磷灰石加自体骨种植术治疗成人牙周炎骨缺损的效果。方法:选取接受改良Widman手术的53例成人牙周炎患者,其中31例采取羟基磷灰石加自体骨种植术为观察组,另22例为对照组进行对比。结果:观察组患者2年以上的有效率92.9%,明显高于对照组的61.1%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:羟基磷灰石加自体骨种植术对于治疗成人牙周炎骨缺损有较好的长期临床效果。
Objective:To study effects of hydroxyapatite ceramic (HAC) and autogenous bone implant therapy on the compound pocket and bone loss of adult periodontal disease. Methods: Fifty-three adult patients with periodontal disease who had un-dergone modified Widman flap operation were divided into 2 groups, therapeutic group (TG) ( n = 31) and control group ( CG) (n = 22). The patients in TG were treated by HAC-autogenous alveolar bone implant therapy. Results: Regarding the cure rates of more than 2 years (TG: 92.9 % , CG: 61.1 %), there was a significant difference between the 2 groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The HAC-autogenous alveolar bone implant therapy has a good and long-termed effect on the alveolar bone loss of adult periodontal disease.
