摘要
Roquefortine是由真菌生产的一类结构复杂生物碱化合物,这类化合物来源于组氨酸和色氨酸,包含由吲哚吡咯二酮哌嗪骈合而成的四环母核,吲哚环的3位有异戊烯基取代,咪唑基通过单双键与四环母核相连。此类化合物具有抗革兰氏阳性细菌和抗肿瘤活性。本文主要从化合物的发现,生物活性,生物合成途径以及化学合成这几个方面对这类化合物的研究作全面的回顾。
Roquefortine is a kind of complex alkaloids which are produced by fungus. They are derived from histidine and Tryptophan. All the compouds have a tetratomic ring system which is the combination of indole and diketopiperazine. The C3 of indole is substituted by isopentenyl,and imidazole is con- nected with the tetratomic ring by single or double bond. Roquefortines exhibit various biological activi- ties such as antitumor and gram-positive bacteria inhibitory activity. This article is a comprehesive re- view about roquefortines including their discovery, bioactivities, biosynthesis and chemical synthesis.
