摘要
随着金融服务"三农"工作不断向纵深推进,构建功能完善、高效快捷、便民惠农的现代农村支付体系,以满足农民的多样化金融服务需求,促进农村经济和农业产业化发展,已成为农村金融机构履行社会责任、实现自我发展的任务。笔者从农村支付结算服务体系机制培育出发,对西部某地区支付清算平台进行了调查,提出了一些有针对性的建议对策,期望加快农村支付服务体系建设步伐,更好地为"三农"和新农村建设提供现代化的支付清算服务。
With the further development of financial service for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, constructing a modem rural payment system has become a task for rural financial institutions to perform social responsibility and realize self development. The modem rural payment system should have perfect functions, should be effective, convenient and beneficial to farmers and agriculture so as to adapt to the conslruction of a new socialism country, meet the farmers＇ diversified demands for financial service, promotes the development of rural economy and industrialization. From the cultivation of rural payment and settlement service system mechanism, the author carries on the investigation on payment and settlement platform of a certain western region, puts forward some targeted sug- gestions to expect to speed up the construction of rural payment service system and better provide modem payment service for agricul- ture, rural areas and farmers and new rural construction.
