摘要
目的:分析降纤酶药物不良反应的特点,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:对1998年至2011年中国医院知识总库(CHKD)中报道的降纤酶不良反应病例进行分析。结果:主要不良反应有出血和过敏反应,偶可导致脑出血及休克等严重并发症。结论:严格掌握使用适应证和禁忌证,加强临床观察,监测血浆纤维蛋白原等凝血功能。
Objective:To analyze the characteristics of side effects of defibrase and provide a frame of reference for safe and rational drug use in clinic.Methods:An analysis is based on the ADR cases induced by defibrase reported in China Hospital Knowledge Database from 1998 to 2011.Results:The key side effects are bleeding,anaphylaxis and occasional serious complications like cerebral hemorrhage and shock.Conclusion:It's necessary to strictly control indication and contraindication,to enhance clinical observation and to monitor coagulation functions including fibrinogen.
