摘要
目的了解广西女大学生乳房发育现状,探讨广西女青年乳房黄金三角的基本参数,为青年女性乳房健康发育以及乳房整形和再造提供科学依据。方法测量168名桂林某高校女大学生志愿者右侧和左侧乳轴高度(H1和H2)、右侧和左侧乳房基底宽度(R1和R2)、乳头间距(QQ)、右侧和左侧胸乳线(L1和L2),并与全国标准参数比较。结果以上7项径线测量结果分别为(53.57±14.93)(51.60±14.61)(78.79±9.84)(81.47±11.48)(179.30±13.54)(181.08±18.05)(178.24±18.06)mm;与全国标准参数对比,QQ、H2、R1、R2、L1、L2低于全国标准参数(P<0.05)。结论女大学生乳房发育丰满程度明显低于全国青年标准;桂林女大学生乳房黄金三角基本参数可作为广西女性乳房整形和再造尺寸设计参考或作为医生诊断乳房疾病的依据。
Objective To understand the breast growth among female college students, to investigate the standard parameter of young females＇ breast golden triangle in Guangxi and to provide scientific basis for female breast plastic surgery and reconstruction. Methods The breast gold triangles of 168 volunteers of female college students were examined （including the standard parameter of height of nipple, base width, internipple distance, as well as the sternal notch to the nipple distance） and compared with national standard parameter. Results Compared with national standard parameter, the breast linear indexes of 168 female college students, except for the right nipple height, had a statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Though the fullness level of Guangxi female＇s breast is significantly less than that of domestic women, their gold triangle parameter can be used as the reference for Guangxi female breast plastic surgery and reconstruction or as the guide for doctors＇ diagnosis of breast diseases.
