摘要
目的比较直型与Y型留置针在临床应用中的留置效果,为临床护士选择安全留置针提供依据。方法选取37例健康志愿者,给志愿者一手埋置直型留置针(直型组),另一手埋置Y型留置针(Y型组),做自体对照试验,观察比较两组穿刺疼痛程度和舒适度,应用流式细胞术分析留置期间针内血栓形成率。结果与Y型留置针比较,直型留置针穿刺疼痛度低(P=0.009)、针内血栓发生率低(P=0.027),舒适度较高(P=0.031)。结论直型留置针较Y型留置针穿刺疼痛程度低、针内血栓形成率低,舒适度好,应用于临床更安全,可以减少血栓形成的潜在风险。
Objective To investigate the effects of direct-type and Y-type peripheral venous indwelling needles and to provide objective basis for their clinical application. Methods Thirty-seven healthy volunteers were involved in the study for a self-check experiment. Direct-type intravenous catheter （direct-type group） was indwelled in one hand and Y-type intravenous catheter （Y-type group） in another hand. Puncture pain, thrombosis rate, comfort of the patients in two groups were compared. Results There were less puncture pain （P=0.009） and lower thrombus rate （P=0.027） and patients felt more comfortable （P=0.031） in direct-type group. Conclusion There are less puncture pain and lower thrombus rate while patients feel mere comfortable with direct-type intravenous catheter. It is worth to be popularized.
