摘要
溶胶-凝胶法作为低温合成晶态或非晶态材料的新方法,正日益受到材料科学家的重视。在基底材料表面制备晶态或非晶态氧化物涂层是溶胶-凝胶工艺最早的工业应用之一。普通玻璃经过表面涂膜处理后可以使之产生特殊的光学、电学、力学及耐腐蚀性能。按照全电介质多层膜的光学理论,当光学厚度为λ_o/4的高、低折射率材料膜交替地涂覆在玻璃表面时,可以在λ_o处获得最大的光反射,反射率随着涂膜层数的增加而提高。溶胶-
High reflectance TiO3/Si02/TiO2 multilayer coating process by sol-gel method was studied in this work. The thickness of this coating can be controlled by drawing speed and viscosity of solution. In this paper the relationship between some parameters were discussed. Wavelength of reflective peak depends upon the thickness of the coating system only. Reflectance at that wavelength depends on nH/nL and the number of the layers. For TiO2/SiO2/TiO2 multilayer system the nH/nL = 1.44. For 5-layer-double-surface coated sample the transmittance can be reduced down to 10%. The structure of TiO2 film and SiO2 film were determined respectively in present work.
