摘要
PACS在医疗信息化中占有很重要的地位 ,结合作者在上海一家中型医院开发PACS系统的具体经验 ,提出分布式PACS系统结构 。
It is inevitable for our country to take the concept of informationized hospital in order to improve diagnosis quality and reduce administrative overhead However we can not follow the way that has been taken in developed countries because of the national conditions of China.So we have to take some effective strategies to implement our high performance PACS.Based on our concrete experience gained from the development of a PACS in Shanghai,this paper presents a distributed architecture of PACS and describes the design detail of several PACS core components.
