慢性心力衰竭患者高敏C反应蛋白和CA125与心功能的关系 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、人糖类抗原125(CA125)水平与心功能的关系。方法收集CHF患者89例,包括冠心病35例、高血压性心脏病27例、扩张型心肌病16例,风湿性心脏病11例,CHF患者按NYHA标准分为Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级,另选健康对照组30名。hs-CRP采用胶乳免疫比浊定量法检测,CA125采取微粒子酶联免疫化学发光法(META)测定。结果 CHF患者各组血清hs-CRP、CA125水平较正常对照组升高(P<0.05),且hs-CRP、CA125水平心功能Ⅱ级组<Ⅲ组<Ⅳ级组(P<0.05);hs-CRP水平在不同病因组间差异无统计学意义,但CA125水平在扩张型心肌病最高,冠心病较高,高血压心脏病次之,风湿性心脏病最低。结论 CHF患者血清hs-CRP、CA125水平随着心功能分级升高而增加,提示hs-CRP、CA125可作为反映心功能变化的指标之一。
