摘要
矿渣微晶玻璃(或称炉渣微晶玻璃)基本上属GaO—AI-2O_3-SiO_2或GaO-MgO-Al_2O_3-Si0_2系统。这类微晶玻璃用矿渣、炉渣或其他工、矿废料为主要原料,不仅可变废为宝和保护环境,而且可利用价格低廉、来源充裕的原料制备性能优良的产品。对于GaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2型玻璃的分相与晶化已进行过不少的研究,但至今对于分相、分相与晶化的关系、某些晶核剂的作用等一些重要问题的机理尚未研究透彻。
The phase separation and crystallization of a CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 base glass were studied. The glass separated into Si-rich and Ca-rich liquid phases at 700-800℃. Moreover, the second phase separation was observed in the sample heat-treated at 700℃. The opalescance and coloration of the phase separated sample can be explained by Bayleigh scattering. The phase separation, especially the shift in composition of the parent glass due to phase separation has a profound influence on the crystallization process.
