摘要
为探究金属Zr对镁锌合金组织及性能的影响,进行了深入试验研究,通过不同Zr添加量制备了镁锌合金,进行了合金的金相组织分析和力学性能测试分析。试验结果发现,一定量的金属Zr会对镁锌合金起到较为明显的晶粒细化效果,当Zr添加质量百分比为0.6%时,晶粒出现细化效果最佳状态,平均晶粒尺寸从146μm细化到42μm;力学性能测试中发现,经Zr细化最佳的相对未经Zr处理的抗拉强度由148.7 MPa提高到169.8 MPa,且断口组织更为细密均匀,对镁锌合金性能起到了一定的改善和提高。
To study the effects of Zr on microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Zn alloy, relevant tests were completed by adding the different content of Zr in the test sample and the conclusion was obtained through metallographic composition analysis and mechanical properties test. The experimental results show that the addition of Zr helped the grain refinement of Mg-Zn alloy and the best effect was obtained when Zr was 0.6%, the average grain size was refined from 146/xm to 42 txm. Mechanics properties tests found that tensile strength was improved from 148.7 MPa to 169.8 MPa. Mechanical properties of Mg-Zn alloys was well improved.
