原发性抗心磷脂抗体综合征致肺血栓栓塞1例报告及文献复习

摘要 抗心磷脂抗体综合征（Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome,APS）的病因和发病机制目前尚未明确,国际上将不伴有自身免疫性、感染性和肿瘤性疾病的APS称为原发性APS（primary APS,PAPS）,否则称为继发性APS（secondary APS,SAPS）。其作为引起肺栓塞的原发病并不少见,但临床医生对此病诊治认识不足,很容易被临床漏诊、误诊。
