With the development of the globalization, the flow of the population, information, goods and materials, and commodity in the scope of the world is getting more and more frequent. At the same time, the migration, diaspora, and their network not only enter people's daily life, but also change people's idea and imagination about nation, society, and community. And people begin to rethink their identities urged by such phenomena as the network of trans-nation, de-localization, re-localization, and so on. The multiple identities have come to be recognized by more and more people. So, diaspora, a concept which first means the Jews dispersed all over the world but longing for home, now not only becomes a pronoun of cosmopolitan and cosmopolitanism owing to its traits of flow and dispersion, but also a new focus for international social science. The paper studies the meaning of diaspora and the systems of its concept and theory, explains the identities in the people's migration and flow in the age of globalization from the viewpoint of methodology, and discovers the people's present complex construction of subjectivity.
