摘要
目的 探讨细胞周期素 D1 (cyclin D1 )在乳腺癌中与雌激素受体 (ER)、孕激素受体 (PR)之间的关系。 方法 应用免疫组化 SP法 ,对 6 6例原发性乳腺癌进行 cyclin D1 及 ER、PR表达的检测。 结果 cyclin D1 的表达在 ER阳性者中阳性率为 84.8% (2 8/ 33) ,在 ER阴性患者中的阳性表达率为 5 4.5 % (18/ 33) ,二者差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 雌激素对乳腺癌的发生作用可能通过 cyclin D1 途径 ,对 cyclin D1 、ER的检测可能为乳腺癌的临床治疗提供有益的参考。
Objective\ To study the relationship of cyclin D\-1,and estrin receptor(ER),progestin receptor(PR) in breast carcinoma.\ Methods\ The expressions of cyclin D\-1 proteins,ER,PR were studied by immunohistochemical streptavidin peroxidase conjugated.\ In 66 breast carcinoma.\ \{Results\}\ Cyclin D\-1 was expressed in 84 8%(28/33) of ER-positive specimen,but,54 5%(18/33) of ER-negative specimen(P<0 01).\ Conclusion\ The expression of cyclin D\-1 was associated with ER status in breast carcinoma.\ To test the expression of cyclin D\-1 and ER in breast carcinoma may be helpful for the therapy of breast carcinoma.\;
