摘要
目的 应用福乃得治疗缺铁性贫血并与硫酸亚铁相比较 ,以评价福乃得的临床疗效和优点。方法 缺铁性贫血患者 10 6例 ,随机分治疗组 5 4例用福乃得 ,每天 1片 ;对照组 5 2例用硫酸亚铁 ,3 0 0mg/次 ,每天 3次。疗程均为 6周并统计临床疗效及血液铁代谢指标。结果 治疗组总有效率96.3 % ,对照组总有效率 75 % ,两组比较经统计学处理差异极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗前、后血清铁 (SI)、血清铁蛋白 (SF)两组差异显著 (P分别 <0 .0 1、<0 .0 5 )。且治疗组副作用小 ,而对照组副作用大 ,患者常不能坚持服用。结论 福乃得治疗缺铁性贫血疗效好 ,副作用小 ,服用方便 ,是一种安全可靠的药物 ,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Through the comparison between the use of ferroids and ferrous sulfate in the treatment of the iron deficiency anemia to evaluate the clinical effect and advantage of ferroids.Methods 106 patients with iron deficiency anemia were randomised into two groups:the treated group(n=54) received ferroids one tabelt each day,and the control group(n=52) received ferrous sulfate 300 mg three times daily.After a period of 6 weeks'treatment,the index of the clinical effect and the blood iron metabolism was collected.Results The total effective rate was 96.3% in the treated group and 75% in the control group and the difference was significant(P<0.01).The difference was also significant before and after the period of the treatment in the treated group(P<0.01) and the control group(P<0.05).Besides,the control group had more side effect than the treated group,so the patients in the control group couldn't have it persistently.Conclusion Ferroids was highly effective in the cure of patients with iron deficiency anemia.It was easy to take,had less side effect.It was safe and reliable and could be widely used.
