摘要
本文主要通过对热塑性聚酯PET和PBT结晶性能的改善,共混增韧改性和玻璃纤维增强等办法,探索了各树脂间的共混配方及相容性,以及树脂与纤维之间的界面状态。经过一系列的物理机械性能测试和电子扫描显微镜观察,初步考察了上述各改性方法对材料性能的互补协同作用,并试从理论上加以解释。
The co-mixing formulations and compatibility between PET and PBT res-
in, and the interface state between fibre and resin, were researched by the
methods of improving the crystallinity of PET and PBT resin, and toughening
and modifying them by means of co-mixing, and reinforcing them with galss
fibres. The complementary effects resulted were investigated by a series of tests
on physical and mechanical performances and SEM observation, and a theoret-
ical explaination was tried.
