摘要
基于 Zn( )对 5-溴水杨基荧光酮 ( 5- Br SAF)体系的荧光熄灭效应 ,建立了测定微量Zn( )的荧光分析新方法。在 p H8.60的硼砂 -盐酸缓冲介质中 ,当激发波长 λex=365nm,荧光发射波长λem=538nm时 ,锌含量在 0~ 1 0μg/2 5ml范围内与体系的荧光熄灭程度呈线性关系 ,检出限为 4 .0μg· L- 1 。方法灵敏 ,选择性好 ,用于水样及药物中微量锌的测定 。
A new and sensitive fluorescence quenching method for the determination of traces of zinc was proposed. It is based on the reaction of Zn(Ⅱ) with 5 BrSAF in Na 2B 4O 7 HCl buffer medium of pH 8.60. The maxinum excitation and emission wavelengths are found to be 365nm and 538nm, respectively. The linear range is 0~10μg/25ml. The detection limit is 4.0μg·L -1 . This method has been applied to the determination of micromounts of Zn(Ⅱ) in water and medicines with satisfactory results.
