丙烷在Mo/HZSM-5上的芳构化Ⅱ.制备条件对催化剂结构和表面酸性的影响

摘要 采用XRD、FT IR、NH3 TPD等方法对浸渍法和水热法制备的Mo/HZSM 5催化剂的结构和表面酸性进行研究。结果表明 ,水热法制备的催化剂 ,氧化钼物种高度分散在HZSM 5外表面和内表面。ω(Mo) =1 0 % ,仍检测不到MoO3 结晶 ,HZSM 5的晶体结构受影响很小。而由浸渍法制备的催化剂 ,此时已出现MoO3 结晶 ,且HZSM 5的晶体结构受到破坏 ,结晶度下降。FT IR和NH3 TPR研究表明 ,对于水热法制备的Mo/HZSM 5催化剂 ,其酸性的改变将有利于芳烃的生成。 Mo/HZSM5 zeolite catalysts were prepared by impregnation and hydrothermality methods,respectively,and their structures and surface acidity were studied by means of XRD,FTIR and NH_3TPDMoO_3 species on catalyst M_H (prepared by hydrothermality method)were highly dispersed on the surface of HZSM5 and could not be detected by XRD even Mo content attained 10%(mass),and the structure of zeolite was affected slightly,but MoO_3 could be observed on impregnated ones in which zeolite was destroyed partlyResults from IR and NH_3TPD showed that the acidity change of Mo/HZSM5 prepared by hydrothermolity method could be favorable for the enhance of aromatics formation
